Caregivers provide a government ID, along with any credentials they hold, and our team reviews each profile before it is marked verified.
Your payment is processed by Paystack and held until the job is done, then released to the caregiver.
When a job starts, the caregiver's app confirms they are at the care address. The check runs on their own phone; their location is not tracked or shared with you.
